I am an Agile practitioner, and I am inspired by Agile values and principles. My clients try new ideas, learn from the experiments and adapt to results by developing a "just in time” mindset. My approach is laser-focused on what is most essential for a client, why it is important now, and together, we co-create a desired outcome for a client to try, learn from and adapt as desired.

I create an immersive coaching experience by harnessing VR technology to capture 360-degree outlook to clients’ situational behavior. This unique approach helps my clients to reflect on who they are as leaders, align with their personal values, and mitigate fears or doubts that can stop them from achieving their goals.
